Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced a promotional offer under which it is offering 5GB high-speed data allocation for free on select prepaid recharge plans. The new offer has been announced by the BSNL Chennai division, though it is applicable on a pan-India basis.
